Halibut

halibutHalibut is the largest flatfish in the ocean and has a delicious white flesh with a firm and meaty texture. You would typically grill or fry Halibut but it can by baked or poached. When eaten fresh it has a very clean taste and requires very little seasoning. Halibut live in the freezing cold waters of the north Atlantic off Scotland Norway and Iceland. It is available all year round but more widely available between March and September.
