Live Lobster

 

 

Lobster is the ultimate luxury seafood. Their uniquely firm, sweet flesh has a delicious flavour and many people regard them as the finest crustaceans of all. Our own British lobsters have a very distinctive blue- black colour and are regarded as having the finest flavour of all. All types of lobster are best cooked quite simply to allow the delicate flavour to speak for itself. They can be boiled in salt water and served with butter or cold with mayonnaise. For the more accomplished cooks, the world famous recipe Lobster Thermidor, with its punchy brandy and mustard flavoured sauce will prove to be a real treat.

Crab

 
The bodies of these large brownish-red can measure well over 8 inches, they have big, powerful claws that can deliver a nasty nip, but they contain plenty of tasty meat. Cooking crab can be as simple as just boiling to serve cold with any dressing or with the claw meat try deep frying, it’s truly delicious. The liver and roe of crabs are also delicious.

Dressed Crab

 

Dressed Crab is great as a starter, but it is very much a meal ready to go, a squeeze of lemon a crack of black pepper,
serve with salad or your favourite seasonal vegetables and you can enjoy this no hassle meal.

Crab Meat

 

If you do not want to cook live crab, crabmeat is a fantastic and convieient way to enjoy this wonderful seafood,
whichever you prefer, this delicious sweet and succulent meat can be used in a huge variety of dishes such as salads,
sandwiches, soups, dips, pates, starters and main meals or just on its own.

Crab Claws

 

Crab claws are just fantastic, it is the claws that contain most of the delicious sweet white meat, again they
can be served with salads,starters and great to garnish any fish or seafood dish. As with all crab the meat is very good for you, it is said to be good for the heart and  protect against cancer.
