I visit Richard (The Fish Shop) in Bletchley on a Saturday morning, I love his display of fresh fish and that he has so much variety, It is so nice to see a Traditional Fishmonger at work, he cuts my fish to the size I need and takes all the bones out for me, my husband loves Skate wings in beer batter, so it is great that Richard gets them nice and fresh for us.

I am a pentioner and find it hard to get out, I love my fish especially on a Friday, Richard has my fish delivered to me at home, usually a nice bit of cod, some cockles and winkles. I don't like supermarket fish so I am happy now, that I can get my fish from a proper fishmonger. Thank you Richard.

Greated with a smile always, Richard is a gentleman! great display of the healthiest fish ( not like supermarket fish) the eyes of the fish are always bright and the filleted fish are meaty and inviting. I visit Richard in Stony Strafford on a Wednesday and buy my weekly supply, along with the local butcher, it is so valuable to us to have "Specialist traders" doing things the right way!
